Col(prefix) - Collectable - usually means it is signed by the author, maybe a rare edition.

VG- Very Good - Shiny cover, uncreased spine, no marks or damage to the pages. Corners are flat. There may be previous owner's label or name.

LN- LIke New. "New" books must have a publisher's invoice. "Like New" is just like it sounds, but we don't have a publisher's invoice.

Gd- Very few marks on the pages, binding is strong. Cover may have shelfwear, minor dings, bumps and/or rips on the edges of the covers. Corners may have a curl.

Acc Acceptable. Text is readable, cover may be taped and/or torn. There may be highlighting, underlining, dog-eared pages, etc.

Trd- Trade paperback - these are bigger, with better paper than the mass market books sold in supermarkets.

PB - Paperback. May be mass market or trade paperback.

Mag- Magazine
